The product range of Mikrogrup companies ranges from SMEs that need pre-accounting to SMEs that have their accounting department, and from there to financial advisors. The main feature of our product family is to offer micro, small, and medium-sized businesses as a whole, modular products and services that are easy to install and use, integrated and can be shaped according to the needs of the users, with the difference created by the Mikrogrup approach.

Our product development teams consist of developers, designers and product managers, who work closely with each other and other departments to solve business problems. We spend a lot of time understanding and implementing the best practices in the industry and we take great pride in our engineering methodologies

What you will do

• You will be mainly working on our API and frontend. More importantly, we expect you to spend time understanding the users, be comfortable with examining data, come up with ideas and test these ideas in an efficient manner.
• You will rarely be given tasks in the form of "implementing this functionality".
• Your responsibility is to develop a product that users love. Most of your assignments will require you to show strong teamwork with a sense of accountability.
• Besides this, you are expected to step outside of your comfort zone to learn new technologies and prototype solutions to solve technical challenges we face as a result of our fast-growing user base.

What we are looking for

• We believe languages/frameworks are just tools to express your creativity and it's what you build with these tools that matter.
• We mostly use Ruby and Javascript in our stack, however we welcome people with different technical backgrounds. If you are familiar with what we use, great.
• You will still learn a great deal at Paraşüt ranging from the business side of things to new shiny technologies.
