We are seeking a professional with at least 3 years of experience, a strong command of business intelligence tools, and a keen interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning, someone who is ready to contribute to these fields. Job requirements

What Qualifications and Skills Do We Seek?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on BI experience

  • Proficient in Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI

  • Strong command of SQL and Excel

  • Familiarity with data warehousing and data modeling principles

  • Interest or experience in AI and machine learning projects

  • Excellent documentation, analysis, and research skills

  • Proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Effective communicator and a strong team player

  • Based in Istanbul, comfortable with hybrid work

Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Analyze data and reporting needs of business units to develop appropriate BI solutions. Understand and guide data demands related to business processes.

  • Data Modeling & Reporting in Qlik Sense: Build data models in Qlik Sense, establish data load logic, and integrate various data sources. Design user-friendly, high-performance, and visually effective dashboards and reports.

  • Data Integration & ETL Process Management: Design and optimize data preparation and transformation (ETL) processes for processing and transferring data from various systems into Qlik Sense.

  • AI & Machine Learning Support: Provide data preparation, preliminary analysis, and visualization support for related projects. Contribute meaningful data inputs to analytical projects.

  • Documentation & Process Monitoring: Document developed data models, reports, and data processing workflows in a clear and sustainable manner to support knowledge institutionalization.

  • Research & Technology Monitoring: Stay up to date with new features in Qlik Sense and advancements in BI and AI technologies. Research how to integrate these innovations into business processes.
