We are seeking a professional with at least 3 years of experience, a strong command of business intelligence tools someone who is ready to contribute to these fields. What Qualifications and Skills Do We Seek?

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Industrial, Computer, Software, or related fields)

·       Minimum 3 years of hands-on Business Intelligence experience

·       At least 2 years of experience with Qlik Sense

·       Strong command of SQL and Excel

·       Solid understanding of data warehousing and data modeling principles

·       Experience with data visualization and dashboard design

·       Strong documentation, analysis, and research skills

·       Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

·       Effective communication and teamwork skills

·       Based in Istanbul and comfortable with a hybrid work model (minimum 2 days per week in the office)

Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Analyze data and reporting needs of business units to develop appropriate BI solutions. Understand and guide data demands related to business processes.

• Data Modeling & Reporting in Qlik Sense: Build data models in Qlik Sense, establish data load logic, and integrate various data sources. Design user-friendly, high-performance, and visually effective dashboards and reports.

• Data Integration & ETL Process Management: Design and optimize data preparation and transformation (ETL) processes for processing and transferring data from various systems into Qlik Sense.

• Research & Technology Monitoring: Stay up to date with new features in Qlik Sense and advancements in BI and AI technologies. Research how to integrate these innovations into business processes.

• Documentation & Process Monitoring: Document developed data models, reports, and data processing workflows in a clear and sustainable manner to support knowledge institutionalization.
