What Qualifications and Skills Do We Seek?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.

• Hands-on experience with SQL, relational database management systems (RDBMS), and database design (preferably)

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, BPMN, wireframing tools, and user story creation.

• Develops detailed project plans, flowcharts, and feasibility analyses to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Optimizes workflows and monitors key performance indicators to keep projects on track and within budget.

• Prepares test scenarios and manages both functional and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.

• Maintains comprehensive project documentation and leads demo presentations and approval processes.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and grow.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Team player with a proactive mindset and self-discipline.
